Deb Howse: Sales & Office Manager

Deb has been with Papini for 10 years, and knows all of our customers by name.  She oversees the smooth operation of the sales process and is exceptional in ensuring that the office runs efficiently and effectively.

Faye Reid: Sales

Faye is instrumental in processing orders and ensuring that customers are guided through the sales process smoothly.  She is happy to assist with product information and stock/order related queries.  Faye is conscientious and provides a very high level of customer care.

Claire Hughes: Purchase Manager

Claire manages the purchasing of stock and bespoke orders, and monitors shipping and delivery dates.  She liaises with the designers and our factory to ensure our garments are produced to the highest standards, and that they arrive on time.

Design

Jemisha Mistry: Senior Designer

Jemisha oversees all aspects of the design department. She studied BA(Hons) Fashion Design (IND) at Leeds University and came to Papini as a graduate.  Jemisha manages the teams workload whether it is designing garments, marketing, graphic work or quality control.  

Ellie Milsom: Designer

Ellie is the newest member of our design team and she works alongside Jemisha.  She has a BA(Hons) degree in Fashion from Surrey Institute of Art and Design.  She has experience in retail and has completed placements in buying departments at high street brands.

Jemisha and Ellie liaise with the customer from the initial of a bespoke concept through to the finished and delivered product. They are in constant contact with our Chinese factory keeping close attention to detail through the stages of development and manufacturing for both stock and bespoke orders.

Ping Crawford: Photographer

Ping is our creative photographer and has a degree in Photography from the University of Harbin.  She is a wizard at Photoshop and works closely with Ellie and Jemisha to create designs for the customer.  Ping was born in China and helps maintain good relationships with our Chinese manufacturers. She has settled quickly into our new photographic studio and it is now known as ‘Pings Place’.

Richard Murray: Logistics/Warehouse Manager

Richard is instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse.  He manages logistics for all our deliveries from China.  He oversees that all orders received are dispatched to our customer on the same day.  

Tommy Mason: Warehouse Supervisor

Tommy has been with Papini for 12 years. He oversees the picking and packing of orders and keeps the warehouse organised and tidy.

Ian Teasdale: Accountant 

For 12 years Ian has managed Papini’s accounts and the running of the finance department from day to day.  He keeps a tight rein on the book-keeping and advises on many financial issues.

Terry Forbes: Non Executive Director

Terry was former chairman of WW Group and joined the board in 2007.  Terry brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked throughout the Pacific Rim and the Indian sub continent for the past 30 years.  Terry’s worldly experience and textile knowledge is giving the company an added edge in this sector of the market.
