The Company

From the founding of the company, Papini has built a reputation for supplying quality garments for the promotional, workwear, leisurewear and schoolwear trades.

Papini was established as the brand name of Solo International Ltd in 1996 by owners Gary and Heather Fisher. With Gary’s experience of sourcing in the Far East and Heather’s administrative drive, the business grew to become a major supplier of stock and bespoke ranges. From the start, Gary and Heather placed great emphasis on quality and design, bringing in personnel and structures to ensure delivery of those key features of Papini’s aims.

Today, experienced designers work in-house to create new ranges, while experienced sales and administrative staff provide individual support and advice at every stage of our relationship with customers.

In addition, Papini has built long-term relationships with manufacturers in the Far East, using agents on the ground and regular personal visits by Gary to ensure quality, ecological soundness and ethical dealings with the workforce.

As a result, Papini now not only offers a wide stock range but also designs and manufactures bespoke garment ranges for some of the most prestigious brands in the world.
